It is now less than a week prior to the start of the second annual MCE CEE congress 2012 and the final preparations are ongoing in full force. All hosted buyers making their way to Prague are being sent their last details regarding their Prague Airport welcome. They will be transferred with the high quality vehicles of PCD, organized by Kuoni DMC.
Senator Travel is caring for the city sightseeing and AIM group international is hosting the site inspection trips. These trips are all scheduled pre- and post the congress, kicking off Sunday 12-02-2012 at 16:00.
Corinthia Hotels International will cater the opening cocktail party in the lobby of MCE CEE venue hotel Corinthia Prague. Lobkowicz Palace, the only privately owned building in the Prague Castle complex, is the host venue for the first networking dinner. Congress attendees may enjoy the beautiful event halls, the museum and fantastic Prague views.
On 13-02-2012, (net)working is increasing pace with keynote sessions by industry experts as Peter Antoni, Edgar Valdmanis and Jonathan Bradshaw. Later on the match made pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings; networking coffee break and luncheon are scheduled. The evening program will see a lavish Gala Dinner in one of Prague’s prime restaurants, Francouzska.
Francouzska restaurant is located in Obecni Dum, The Jewel of Prague’ Art Nouveau architecture. Afterwards, Hard Rock will host a party welcoming all participants in one of Hard Rock’s most beautiful restaurant and event venues.
Tuesday 14-02-2012 will see all participants back at work and being educated. The keynote program will host for example Judith Huisman – Meeting Select, Ilan Geva as well as Magdalina Yarichkova – The Sustainable Event Alliance.
Match made pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings and networking, will be on the agenda again as well. The MCE CEE 2012 promises to be a great MICE industry event, developing the Central & Eastern European meeting industry perception in an educative, networking and business friendly environment.
